Returns and Refunds Policy at Rider Outfit

Overview

Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several categories of products are exempt from being returned. This includes perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To initiate your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, we may grant partial refunds:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notification confirming the receipt of your item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account once more.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund appears.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please send us an email at {email address} and return your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about your return.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

If you are returning high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
