TERMS OF SERVICE

1. THE CONTRACT BETWEEN US

We must receive payment for the entire price of the goods you order before we can accept your order. Once we have received your payment, we will confirm the acceptance of your order by sending an email to the address you provided in your order form. Our acceptance of your order establishes a legally binding contract between us.

2. OUR RIGHT TO REFUSE YOUR ORDER

2.1 We reserve the right to refuse your order for any reason, including but not limited to the following circumstances: 2.1.1 Insufficient stock to fulfill your order. 2.1.2 Delivery is not available in your area. 2.1.3 An incorrect price was listed for one or more of the goods due to a typographical error or inaccurate pricing information from our suppliers.

2.2 If we refuse your order, we will notify you by email and promptly refund any amount deducted from your credit card within 30 days of your order. We are not obligated to provide additional compensation for any disappointment caused.

3. PRICE

3.1 The prices for the goods you order are as displayed on our website.

3.2 Additional charges may apply for delivery, and delivery may not be available in certain locations. Our delivery fees are listed on our website.

3.3 All orders are processed in USD at the prices shown at the time of ordering. Currency conversions are provided for customer convenience and are approximate. Prices may slightly change between the order date and the dispatch date.

4. RIGHT FOR YOU TO CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT

4.1 You have the right to cancel your contract with us for the ordered goods at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the day after you place the order. No reason is required for cancellation, and no penalty will be imposed.

4.2 To cancel your contract, you must provide written notification to us.

4.3 If you receive the goods before canceling your contract, you must return the goods to our contact address at your own expense and risk. If you cancel your contract after we have processed the goods for delivery, do not unpack the goods upon receipt, and return them to us at our contact address at your own expense and risk as soon as possible.

4.4 Special order items, such as custom-made garments, are excluded from the usual 7-day return period and can only be returned if faulty or delivered in error.

4.5 Upon canceling your contract, any amount charged to your credit card will be promptly refunded to your account, within 30 days of your order.

4.6 If you cancel the contract but do not return the goods in their original condition or do not cover the delivery costs, we reserve the right to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the refunded amount.

5. DELIVERY OF GOODS TO YOU

5.1 We will deliver the goods to the address you provided for delivery when placing your order.

5.2 Delivery will be made as soon as possible after order acceptance, and no later than 30 days after the order date.

5.3 You become the owner of the goods upon their delivery to you. Once delivered, the goods are at your risk, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage.

6. FRAUD PREVENTION

6.1 By agreeing to these terms, you authorize us to use the personal information you provide for appropriate anti-fraud checks. This information may be shared with credit reference or fraud prevention agencies, which may maintain a record of it.

6.2 We will validate the personal information you provide during the order process against relevant third-party databases. These checks are for identity confirmation only, do not affect your credit rating, and are conducted securely in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

7. NOTICES

Unless otherwise stated in these terms, all communication from you to us must be in writing and sent to our email address at support@rideroutfit.com. All communications from us to you will be displayed on our website from time to time.

8. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

We are not liable for any failure to deliver ordered goods, delays, or damage or defects to goods caused by events or circumstances beyond our control. These may include strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes, system or network failures, floods, fires, explosions, or accidents.

9. GOVERNING LAW

The contract between us is governed by and interpreted under English law, and any disputes will be resolved in English courts.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These terms, along with our current website prices, delivery details, contact information, and privacy policy, constitute our complete agreement regarding the supply of goods to you, except for cases where you are acting as a consumer:

10.1 Any statements made by our sales representatives do not alter these terms or serve as authorized representations regarding the nature or quality of our goods. Unless fraudulent, we are not liable for any misrepresentations.

11. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
